If you are looking for a cautious, collaborative approach to your medication management then you’ve come to the right place. We inform you of your options using an evidence-based approach, yet embracing the nuance of psychiatric diagnosis in the unique context of your life situation.
-
Do you want an approach that’s evidence-based, leans into nutrition and supplements, and a bit more natural? We do too. We’ll review these options with you and work together along the way.
-
Our comprehensive approach takes into consideration the whole picture of your unique situation. It would be a disservice to provide medication services without looking with you at all the parts that make up health. We consider nature, nurture, sleep, activity, stress, self-care, input & output and work with you to optimize the things you can do to improve your mental and physical health, energy, and mood.
-
We lean upon evidenced-based assessments, screening tools, and testing to give you the data you need for health and wellness. Routine and preventative lab work? Genetic testing? Nutritional evals? Gut health? Stress and cortisol measures? We got you!
-
Are nicotine, alcohol, or other substances causing a disruption in you or your loved one’s life? We’ve had personal and professional experience with addictions and are passionate about educating you on treatment options for addictions.
We can provide addictions treatment, consultation, and recommendations for you or your loved ones.
-
Integrating work, family, nutrition, movement, sleep, self-care, purpose, service, and life events is not easy.
Let’s talk about your life transitions, hurdles, & upcoming opportunities to develop clarity, a plan, and support for the road ahead.
Support groups also coming soon…

If your faith is important to you we can integrate that into your care. We believe in a mind-body-spirit, whole-person approach and that people are most whole when they integrate all these aspects into their life. That said, we welcome and accept all people into the practice, no matter their background or beliefs.
