At this time we are not contracted with any insurance companies. Please inquire about scholarship/sliding scale fee if available. We can provide a superbill so you can bill your own insurance if you have out-of-network coverage. Depending on your insurance and out of network benefits, you may be reimbursed for a percentage of the fees after you meet your deductible.

Before making an appointment, you may want to inquire about your insurer’s deductible and reimbursement rates for out-of-network services. We request payment at time of service. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking them about out of network benefits coverage. We will discuss your options with you and work together for a cost effective plan that feels right for you.

• Refills generally take place at appointments.

• If you are close to being out please contact the pharmacy first. They will reach out to our office.

• Please plan ahead and notify of refill requests at least 3-5 business days in advance before you run out of medication.

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the wait list. You will be financially responsible for appointments not cancelled or rescheduled with appropriate advance notice, although consideration can sometimes be given for circumstances beyond your control.

We generally will not offer to reschedule late cancellations or no-shows for the initial evaluation session. Patients who cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee and no shows will be charged the full visit amount.

We believe in resilience and recovery and that in most cases, work, education, and productivity are meaningful and beneficial for your mental, physical, and social health. The practice will likely not write disability or emotional support animal letters and if considered, for clients with SMI who have been with the practice for at least 6-12 months.

We do not stock or distribute controlled substances. Controlled substances are not routinely prescribed due to high potential for abuse, tolerance, safety issues, and concern for the best long-term solution for clients. We have strict prescribing practices and in the rare case that controlled’s are prescribed we have clients sign a detailed agreement that includes consent to urine drug screen, no early refills for lost, damaged, or stolen scripts, routine state monitoring program pharmacy checks, and other safety measures. If you are looking specifically for these medications alone you may not be looking in the right place.
